Music enthusiasts were treated to exciting news on June 25th with the debut of Phantom Siita, the first idol group produced by Ado. Within a period of SEVEN WEEKS, Phantom Siita (an independent artist) achieved a social media fanbase of over 185,000 (statistics as of August 9) and over 1.78M YouTube views.
Their debut single, “Otomodachi,” was released for digital download as of June 26th. The single is currently at over 900,000 Spotify streams with a playlist reach of over 140,000 people. Their video has over 530,000 views.
Their second single, “Just Wanna XXXX with You” had over 550,000 views in its first nine days. The second single currently has a playlist reach of over 489,000 people.
Phantom Siita comprises five talented members—Mona, Miu, Rinka, Hisui, and Moka—selected through auditions held last November. Embodying a “retro horror” concept, the group seamlessly blends nostalgic Japanese elements with a contemporary twist in the idol genre.
