Alice Longyu Gao is a Chinese born, US based multi-hyphenate artist with pioneering the “hyperpop” genre. Known for her viral track “I <3 Harajuku,” she has been featured in The Fader, Billboard Pride, DAZED and i-D magazine. A musician who bends genres and styles by her own design.
Alice started off their career DJ ing, and since then she has been invited to perform DJ sets at culturally-forward events such as Murakami x Billie Eilish’s Garage Magazine Cover launch, the Parrish Art Museum’s Annual Gala, and MoMA exhibition openings. As an artist, Alice reaches beyond a singular medium, redefining what it means to be a multi-hyphenate creator.
