I wrote an album called Sewing Kit. It is hopeless and desolate. There are moments of real love.
Those were the moments that kept me alive.
I wrote an album called Needle and Thread. It was years after Sewing Kit. I had learned so
much. Life was better. There are streaks and glimmers of hope in that album. Doin’ Well tells the
entire story.
I wrote an album called Cloth. There are beams of hope. It is the sunrise on eternal night. It has
fun, and love, and pain, and uncertainty.
In 2025 I travelled more miles than the circumference of this earth. I did so to sing to people
who wanted to hear me. I went across North America. I went across Europe.
