2019 Latin GRAMMY winner in the Song of the Year and Best Urban/Fusion Performance categories, the singer, composer and actor, Pedro Capó reached worldwide fame with the original version of the hit “Calma” and its remix with Farruko. The song reached 2X Diamond in Mexico, Diamond in the United States and Peru, Multi-Platinum in Latin America and in Europe. The singer was one of the highlights of the closing ceremony of the Copa America 2019, held in Brazil, together with Anitta, he sang his worldwide hit.

In September of last year, Capó released Munay, his fourth album of original songs; the songwriter’s most mature and personal work to date. It includes 11 songs and was produced by the legendary George Noriega. The title means “love” in the Quechua language and the project speaks of feeling in all its forms.

This December, Pedro Capó released his sixth re-cord, “La Neta” with 10 original songs that span themes of love, happiness, loneliness, life and death. His first single from this new álbum “Gracias” reached number 1 on Puerto Rican radio followed by “La Fiesta”, whose video was inspired by the work of painter Francisco Oller, “El Velorio”, “La Fiesta” and “Volver a Casa”, which he points out is the most personal song on the album. “La Neta” features two collaborations, “Ojos Claros” with rapper Ñejo and “Una Vez Màs” with Argentinean singer “Lali”.
